Carothers Executive Homes custom builds four distinct series of homes for those looking to create their perfect residence in Central Texas. Each series comes with its own level of amenities and options. Even build on your lot to your exact specifications. Carothers' four home series accommodate to every taste and budget with a variety of designs and features.

Signature Series

We welcome you to experience a home that most can only dream about. These homes are designed to tempt your imagination with many custom features that are normally only seen in large multi-million dollar homes.

The Signature Series is a combination of higher end amenities, not only in the house, but also on the outside. The experience begins as soon as you drive up on the washed aggregate driveway and view the lavishly landscaped front yard.

As you enter the custom front door, you'll see and feel the multiple faux finished walls and custom ceiling designs.

Hard surface flooring throughout the main areas of the home will welcome you as you listen to multiple room sound and admire custom built cabinetry. The custom experience continues as you notice the back patio which is a unique living area, complete with an outdoor kitchen and fireplace. Additionally you'll find outdoor sound, complete landscaping with an abundance of flowerbeds and 6' privacy fencing.

Custom Executive Series

Welcome to our ever popular Custom Executive Series, which offers many features normally found in custom homes, combined into a more affordable package.

Features like built-in appliances, custom built cabinetry, extensive ceramic tile designs, wood floors, faux painting and our incredible ceiling designs. This last feature, the ceiling designs, is something many other builders try to imitate but never duplicate... And all this is only the interiors.

The exterior is a rock and brick combination with the use of multiple rock choices and decorative brick band selections. The drives, sidewalks and patios are washed aggregate, which helps accent the fully landscaped yard - accented with multiple flowerbeds. An oversized, covered back patio and a 6' privacy wood fence complement the backyard.

The award winning Custom Executive Series provides luxury living through a unique amenity package that allows you a custom home while maintaining a budget.

Diamond Series

The Diamond Series is our first move-up package. Many features considered upgrades by many builders are standard in this amenity package. It consists of tile in all wet areas and granite tops in the kitchen. Ten foot ceilings and double eyebrow arches welcome you into the main living areas and kitchen. Plant ledges and a cultured ceiling design also accent the living area and kitchen. The Carothers trademark of custom built and custom stained cabinets really set this series of home apart from the competition. Master baths come alive in this series as well. Separate showers, corner and oversized jetted tubs accented with customized ceramic tile work and large closets introduce you to comfort that will ease the tensions of a hard day.

As any Carothers Executive Home, the Diamond Series is all brick with large covered patios. The exterior is also accented with several different rock types to give each individual home its own exciting appeal. Each home is professionally landscaped with a full yard of sod, irrigation system, tree and flower bed. A six foot privacy fence encloses the back yard completing a truly upgraded package professionally design to fulfill all your needs at yet an affordable price.

Lonestar Series

The Lone Star Series is our most affordable package. While being affordable, the Carothers trademarks of all brick exteriors and covered patios still greet you as well as fully landscaped yards complete with privacy fenced backyard. Eyebrow and full arched windows enhance the curb appeal of a Carothers Executive Home and we have maintained this feature in the Lone Star Series. Open floor plans with very little wasted space and the use of ten foot ceilings still give the feel of larger custom homes. Although we have designed this series to hit a modest price, we still use ceramic tile flooring in all the wet areas. The Lone Star Series welcomes you into home ownership while keeping your budget in line.
